Class Descriptions
Vinyasa Yoga focuses on connecting the breath and movement for a relaxing, meditative practice. Each class begins with breathing exercises, moves into a flowing physical practice, and ends with time for relaxation. All classes are 60 minutes, unless otherwise noted.
Gentle Vinyasa Class is a relaxing, gentle yoga practice with a slower pace. This class is appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels. Modifications are provided throughout the class and the use of props is encouraged.
Basic Vinyasa Class is a more vigorous yoga practice. However, previous experience with yoga is not necessary in order to participate and fully enjoy this class. Modifications are provided throughout the class in order to provide a range of options in the poses so that students may adjust the practice to their individual level.
Mats are provided for all classes.
