What do I wear to class?
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in.
What do I need to bring to class?
Bring your yoga mat (if you don't have a mat, Tree of Life Yoga Studio provides them). You may want to bring a blanket or sweatshirt to cover up with during the relaxation portion of class. Also, feel free to bring a water bottle.
